Answers:
First off, normal body temperature is 36,6!.
The problem with the comfort at temperatures higher than 20-23 is that our bodies need to cool down all the time in order not to store too much heat inside (the body processes food into energy, which is a constant process, and unless you give the energy the way out, you are overheating)!. It is possible without effort at the temperatures from 16 to 23!. Everything that is below that level makes the body use more energy for maintaining the body temperature at the adequate level for life!. Everything that is above makes it use the mechanism of sweating to cool the body temperature!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Because our internal body temperature is that, not your external body temperature!. From what I understand your external body temperature is what helps keep your internal body temperature at a constant level, so it reacts to conditions depending on what is needed to keep that temperature!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

because it is your internal body heat that is 38 degrees not the temperature of your skin!. the temperature of you skin is much closer to what we would feel more comfotable atWww@Answer-Health@Com

37 degrees is our CORe temperature!. the temperature our blood tries to warm our CORE upto!.

If the atmospheric temperature was 37 degrees!. then our blood being warm, warms us up OVER 37 degrees!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
