The diva cup is pretty cool actually!. You fold it and it opens up and you have almost like a suction and it goes into place!. I must say it feels quite weird until you get used to it!. All it does is collects the "contents" until you pour it out in the toliet!. I would reccommend rinsing it everytime you pour it out!. You can go right to the website and order it or at quite a few drug stores in the girlie isle!. Make sure that if you have never had a baby to get the kind that's for woman who have no had children!.
