What do I do for sleepless nights?!
Question: What do I do for sleepless nights!?
Every night I am always trying to fall asleep struggling just to try!
My dad suggest these:
Stare at one thing and don't take your eyes off of it, read a book, close your eyes, count sheep or something, and clear my mind and think about sleeping only!

a nice bath before bed time relaxes you
I know sometimes I have to do this- take a benedryl, I have allergies and it helps me sleep without taking like a sleep medicine
try getting one of these products from bath and body http://www!.bathandbodyworks!.com/family/i!.!.!.
I love the spray lavendar for on my pillow it really helps soothe me and relax!.
I like music sometimes before bed, like the relaxation ones waterfalls and stuff!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The only thing that ever works for me outside of perscription drugs, is reading!.

Try laying down and doing something an hour or so before you try to go to bed!. If your body has time to slow down, it may be easier for you to drift off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
