Question: Thinking about using first tampon, hav some questions!?
i live in china where it's soo hard to buy good tampons, the best i can do is the old version of tampax!. it's got a cardboard applicator and is regular!. should i use it when i have a heavy period!? how should i insert a cardboard applicator!?!?!? any other useful advice and tips would b gr8, thanx!

I started off with cardboard applicators (because that's what we had in the house!.!.!.)!. It's the same way as you would insert it with a plastic applicator!. Just read the instructions in the box!. Tampax work really well!. (I found anyways!.)!.
You can wear the regulars on a heavy flow, but you will need to change them more often!. If you can find the heavy ones, then this would be better!.
