Bra question......? Embarraccing....?!

Do whatever makes you comfortable!. I happen to be more comfortable sleeping with a bra, because I'm big and move around a lot, so they'd be flopping about otherwise!. If you're small or keep mostly still you may be more comfortable without the wires digging into you, cause I know that bugs me occasionally!. But no one knows what you sleep in except you and people who sleep in the room or house with you, which presumably are people you trust anyway!. So do whatever makes you most comfortable, and don't be embarassed!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

shirt and no bra!. i like my boobs 2 have some freedom at night!. if u r just starting puberty u might want 2 wear a sports bra and t shirt 2 bed 2 keep ur boobs having some type of structure!. its ur choice!. make sure 2 remember 2 put on a bra on when u get up the next day before u go downstairs for breakfast so ur family members don't see ur boobs!. If you are sleeping in a bra cause you have heard it will help stop your breasts from saging guess again!. So if it is uncomfortable then don't do it!. If it's cause you feel uncovered then go for a soft sports bra, no clasp, no wiring!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why are you sleeping with a bra on!? That is my question to you!. If it is obviously more comfortable without one, then just do that!. NO BRA!.
