Question: Does taking hormones make your breasts tender!?
I just got off 12 days of Progesterone!. My breasts are so tender and sore that I can barely put my bra on!. I've been taking Vitamin E to help this problem!.!.!.!.!.but is this a normal reaction to these drugs!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Absolutely!. It's not a given or a guarantee that you will have breast tenderness on hormonal therapy, but it's a common side-effect!.
My understanding, based on our private conversation, is that your progesterone therapy was a one-time, short-term plan!. I'd guess that your breasts will return to normal, sensitivity-wise, fairly soon!. Until then, you might want to find one of those softer "sleep bras" to use!.

Breast tenderness is a listed side effect of progesterone, so yes, that is a normal reaction, as much as it sucks!
Some other things that might help are making sure to drink plenty of water, and making sure to wear a properly supportive bra!. The less they are bouncing and moving around, the less painful it is! And, it should go away after a day or two!. If it's four or five days later, and it's still too painful to put on a bra, you should check in with your doctor!.

I agree with the other answers except the dr friers balsam!. Just use some vitamin E!. oil!. It is a lot cheaper than some exotic Peruvian balsam preparation!. A lot of these cosmetic remedies are over-glorified!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
