ok!. here it goes!. im 14!. i dont have any female role model to help me with this kind of stuff!. ive been getting what i think is dishcharge for about a year now!. ive also been having stomach pains out of nowhere lately!. i have no clue if its a symptom of my period and if there is anything i can look out for so i can know when it may be coming!. thank you and please no rude comments!. i have no female i can ask so i really need help about this stuffWww@Answer-Health@Com

Huni, you shouldn't be embarrest!It's a natural thing that happens, discharge is normal and if its redish or brownish, your starting your period!.
Get some panty liners and to help ur cramps have a nice hot bath or put a hot water bottle on your stomach where the cramps are!.
You can also buy tablets called naprogesic from the chemist that are for period pain, no prescription!.

Is the discharge reddish or brownish!? If so it is your period!. Get pads or tampons to keep away the mess!. The pain is normal, and to relieve it try tylenol or mydol type things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
