Question: Why do some girls wake up during the night before their period!?
Okay, in a couple days I'm due for my period, but this has been nagging at me!. Every other night for 3-5 days before I'm due, I wake up at two, three o'clock in the morning!. Why does this happen!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah, for some reason I too, dream alot like the first answer stated but here is the answer to which you've debated!. Waking is expected because of fatigue and stress that comes with the common PMS!. So all in all there is nothing to fear, its just your mind playing tricks on you dear!. I hope I've put your mind at ease because helping you out was a breeze!Www@Answer-Health@Com
