Cardio workouts?!


Question: Cardio workouts!?
hi i am trying to loose 40 pounds
so i am EATING healthy
and exercise

but i need some intense good workouts
please help me no runningWww@Answer-Health@Com

Make your weight-loss goal 10 lbs at a time; that's much easier to reach!.

Running is not necessary!. Walk all you wish!. Swimming is great exercise & fun!. Exercise with dumbell weights:
1!. Start with 3lb!. weight in each hand!. Lift both arms against gravity in all directions, 10 times each!.
2!. Increase 2-3 lbs each arm; repeat exercise 10X!.
3!. Increase weights 2-3 lbs each arm; repeat exercises 10X!.
4!. Wrap each ankle with weights the same way as above!.
Do the 3 sets of 10x each exercise!.
Breathe OUT when lifting any weights!.

Avoid fried, greasy foods!. Pizza is ok; watch out what's on top!. Eat Chinese!. Ever see many fat Chinese!? Stop soda & 'pop' (save that for your weekend 'blast')!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I hear you running is average!! Fitness classes I find are the best!. Some great music you are doing it along side a bunch of other people and it can really be quite fun!. If you are really keen try a spin class these are intense fat burners!! In addition to this weights sessions are good to!. The more muscle you have the easier and the faster it will be to burn fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I joined Curves a couple of months ago!. I love it! It is a very good 30 minute workout that includes cardio and weight resistance!. My favorite park about it is that it's for women only!. If you don't have a Curves around you, any gym will do!. Cardio is what is going to shed those pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
