My friend has gotten her self in a situation where she has been banned from ALL Marks and Spencer stores, will they circulate her photo to all the other Marks and Spencer stores so they know what she looks like!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ignore the answers talking about getting arrested for trespass, the law is very precise on trespass, it has to be pr oven that you are on land or property with an intent to steal!.

Ok so whats the question huh!?!?!?!?!?!?!? If she has been banned from Markies then she can't go into any of there stores otherwise if she does then the security will get hold of her and then they get the cops and then she will get charged for trespassing on private property in other words she will have one of those injuctions served on her that she can't go anywhere near the stores!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes they will circulate her photo/details if they have it!. Most stores have a list of people they are not allowed to serve etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
