Question: Where is a good place to put a reminder sticker for birth control!?
I started using Nuva Ring, which is supposed to be taken out every 3 weeks!. Where do I put a reminder sticker so that it's private but at least I can remember where the heck did I put it!?

Instead of saying "take your birth control" make up a new name for it so even if people found or seen it they wouldn't know what is was!. Such as "wash dog every 3 weeks" or put it on your calendar!. Some cell phones have memo alarms built in!. When your bored one day, setup alarm memos to go off every 3 weeks for a year to "take the dog fo a walk" Only you will know what you mean :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
id say your bathroom door coz u'd see it every time u go there (and you wont stop goin there) and wid time you'll remember automatically!. try changin the position of the note every week!. otherwise the note would become unnoticed!. no need to be loud!. keep it simple!.!.!.!.just write!.!.!.maybe "DONT FORGET TO REPLACE" or something!. no need to directly point to it!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Why dunt u create a ticker online like (http://www!.tickerfactory!.com/ezticker/ti!.!.!. mayb set up a reminder to be emailed to u , mayb add a reminder to a calendar online with email notification!.hopefully dars personal enuff!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

why not lose the sticker and set your cell phone for a reminder on that specific day!? it'd be private and you wouldn't have to worry about anyone seeing it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
