I'm 138 and apparently 2 people on here told me I should be around 105 and the other said 110!.
I'm a size 5 (small) in pants and medium in shirts!.
If I were to lose that much weight and become 105 or 110 !.!. I would be x-small or x,x small, right!?

Alright if you're 5"0 you should be 100 pounds, and you add 5 lbs for each inch so
120-140 lbs

You be whatever weight you want to be!. You sound totally fine to me!. I think 105 or 110 is way too skinny for your height!. I have done the skinny and too skinny thing and I hate it!. I like being a little thick!. Id say that 105 is not healthy, I say about 125 -130 is healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's really not a big deal!. If your eating healthy and excercising, your healthy and you have nothing to work about!. Not all girls that are 5'4 are going to be less than 115 pounds!.

I have a chart in a book which tells me that a medically "healthy" weight for someone your height could be anywhere from just under 110 pounds to just over 145 pounds!. So you're in the healthy range right now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You sound just right!. healthy!. Size 5 and 6 is a great size, its where you are average, not to curvy and not to bony!. Stay that same size, and you will probably grow taller, and you will be slimmer!.

I think the guideline is 115-140!. I am 5'4 myself and 125 right now!. I have been 110 before but it was just a little too skinny on me!. (I was a size 3, sometimes 1 then!.) I feel my best at 115-120!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
