Question: Girls only, please!? Period question!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
How do you keep from getting blood all over the sheets at night!? This happens every month and its so embarassing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Answers:
1)Take a bath before going to bed, to lighten flow
2)Wear a super tampon if you are comfortable with it(don't be scared of TSS, it is really rare and men and children get it too, but different ways of course)
3)wear a pad (overnite maxi pad) under the tampon
4)lay a towel or an old blanket down before you got to bed so if you do leak it won't be on your sheets and you can just put it in the wash
5)wake up during the night if you have to and change the tampon/padWww@Answer-Health@Com
