After having not work out for a while, i wanted to get tone up again!. Usually, even if i don't work out for a long period of time!.!. my lower abs doesn't feel sore but now it does!.!.

For most women, it's fine to continue most workout routines during pregnany and the regimen is modified as the pregnancy progresses!. I think you should continue as usual but determine whether or not you are indeed pregant!. Either test yourself or wait for your period!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes, it is okay to work-out!. Just throughout the pregnancy, if you are indeed pregnant, that you should lighten your workload!. Do not stress yourself out to much!.
You can still get a good sweet by doing aerobics, but make sure you do not do anything that would make you strain so much that it would hurt your abdonmial area!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
