Question: Whats the best diet!?
That you've done yourself and it actually worked and make it stay off!?! It doesn't have to be weight watchers or anything, just tell me what you ate for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and how long it took you to lose weight and semi rapidly!?! I want to look really good my first day of college, im a size 14 right now (jeans i know kinda bigish!?)I would like to be a size 9 asap, and keep it off!. help!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Diets do not work!. Period!.
You need to just watch what you eat and exercise!. Portion sizes are way out of control in the US, so just eat what you want, but eat less!.
Then do 30 minutes of exercises a day!. Don't be discouraged, it will take a while for results- but it is the best way to do it!.
Don't ever take diet pills- they are not approved by the FDA and cause heart attacks in some women!. They are really unhealthy!. Diets are so popular because companies make lots of money making women feel bad about the way they look!. It's all a scam!
So eat well, and exercise (best thing!) and be confident and love yourself!.
