How do I ask my mom for pads???????!
Question: How do I ask my mom for pads!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
Ok so, I'm going through my period and I need some pads!. I'm uncomfertable asking my mom for such stuff!. Like, I felt like I was going to throw up when I ask her for my first bra!. I don't like to be to obvius!. Like if I could walk up to her and say, "Mom, can I get some pads!?" I would!. But it makes me feel so uncomfortable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

write it or say mom can I have some extra momey she will ask why and then you say I want to get some ladies supply and if she gives you the money without asking then you can get it yourself!.She is you mother I know it is hard to ask but you just have to until you can get your own,I usually save some of my lunch money and get my own!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i know exactly how u feel =( i got mine at 16 and didnt tell her til she found out! and like the other poster, i especially hated saying period or pad in front of her!. does she not know u have ur period!? anyway, u can go supermarket shopping with her the next time then point at the pads and say u need some!. or put them in the trolley and say may i have these please!. or if she knows u have ull need some 'stuff' again soon!. say for that time of the month if she doesnt guess!. or take one of her pads, say mom can i have one of urs!? then shell ask u if u need and u say yes please!. just get her when shes alone and preferably sleepy! that kept the conversation to a minimum =P
but u just need to work up the nerve and DO IT cuz u really dont want to be stuck with a period and no pads!. it will be awkward but shell be happy u asked and ull be happy to have it over with!

oh and what i told myself right b4 i asked was 'ok, in 5 minutes this will all be over!. no more worries, ill have my pads, and ill never have to ask her again!.!.!.!.but then the truth is after the first time u ask her it gets way easier! i easily asked her for tampons a week later!

Just take them!. My mom has some in the bathroom closet and if I would happen to get my period I would just snatch one!. It's not like she would care or anything!.!.!.

its okay!. I kno how you feel!.!. I got my period when I was 15 and i didnt even TELL HER I GOT IT!.
I was soo uncomfortable !.telling her about it!. So I fianlly complained about it so much she had to actaully ask me,!.!. i felt so stupid!.!. just well mab buy them on ur own!?!?

What I do,because I hate the word pads or kotex or anything like that!.I go get a pad out of the bathroom and I say,"I need some of these!."Www@Answer-Health@Com
