Question: I have polystic overies and I want some help!?
I am not over weight but I dont want to take medication-that causes long term problems, but my OBGYN wants me to take that!. What are some good birthcontrol pills that I can research on!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Also, you might ask your OBGYN to refer you to an endocrinologist!.!. PCOS is more an endocrine disorder than a gynecological problem!. Don't get me wrong, you'll still NEED a gynecologist, but gynos only know how to treat the most obvious issues (like the polycystic ovaries, not the other problems like excess facial hair, alopecia, depression, and weight gain)!. They'll just throw some medicine at you, most likely birth control pills, and send you merrily on your way!. An endocrinologist will do all they can to get to the bottom of it and actually try to CORRECT the problem, not just MASK it with birth control pills!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My sister has PCOS and I know that your diet plays a huge part in this , a low G!.I diet!. There is a book on the market for this!. Birth control there is a pill on the market named Dianette its great for making your period regualr it always controls excessive hair!.!. Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com
