Please, please, PLEASE stop calling yourself fat!. Girl, I called myself fat from the time I was ten, until the time I actually got fat during my freshman year of college!. When I gained forty pounds, I looked back at photos of myself during all those years and saw how skinny - and sometimes sickly - I actually was!. I wanted to go back in time and kick myself for feeling ugly all those years!. I also realized that I'd had an eating disorder all those years, and, I've finally, actually been diagnosed with one currently by the therapist I'm now seeing!. Please stop worrying!. Because one day - you will have a more womanly figure as you mature through your twenties, and then you will look back and see that you counted calories for nothing!. Enjoy your metabolism for the next few years, because I can guarantee you look great!.

You need to take a more objective view of yourself, you are generating this "fat" view of yourself that is completely based on something false!. Deep down inside, you must know you are not fat!. Look up photos of fat chicks on google or something, and really look at them and look at yourself!. You do NOT look like that!. A doctor would not say you are over weight, and I'm sure none of your friends or family would honestly say that you are fat either!. Think about it: you're basing this fat-anxiety on no facts whatsoever!. Don't let the media brainwash you with it's constant attention on the underweight, don't let them fool you into thinking that is the definition of beauty!. Be stronger than that!. You owe it to yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your period is prob!. one month late because your not getting enough protiens, or irons, or the nutrients your body needs to produce a period, when you have your period your letting out blood which is letting out irons, im sure you know this but in order to have your period you have to be eating the nutrients for it to produce these things, and for you to count calories and say that your fat when your only 104 is not a good thing at all, and its prob!. cuz of you counting calories and maybe not getting enough of something that you missed your period, good luck!. or also if your super stressed out i heard that that can cause a missed period too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had the same problem!. I am 106, and I worried constantly! I hate working out, but i forced myself to lose weight!. I went on crazy diets and starved myself, but nothing helped!.
So here is the solution: Be realistic!. Models have the kind of bodies they have because they were born that way!. They can eat pizza and cheeseburgers and not gain an ounce!. You can't strive for something your body can't achieve!. I did track in high school, and I still exercise, so my legs are a bit more muscular than "model's legs"!. But I realized, My body is probably a lot healthier than theirs!.
It is just about accepting your appearance, and keeping it in check!.
I still watch what I eat, and never over eat!. I eat very healthy, but i stopped counting calories!. And I got rid of the scale, it was my worst enemy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it sounds like u have a disorder do u eat regularly and normally!?
if not this sounds like an eating disorder
if ur period is late then its probably been stopped by ur body because ur not eating enough because it needs to conserve energy but if u are still eating then thats quite worrying!.!.!.
trying to be underweight is deffinetly not healthy
it sounds like u have an obsession with weight and this could lead to a disorder

you should see ur doctor about this it could turn out bad, ur not bad right now but please see ur doctorWww@Answer-Health@Com

i think you just might be going through a phase, but your period should not be 1 month late!.i hope everything is ok!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

*We all want to look our best, don't we!? :) My friend always looks in the mirror every after class period!. The other one brings one with her all the time, and she checks, like, every ten minutes!
*There was one study I've read that almost 80% of the thin people asked still think they're fat (even though they;re obviously not!.) 104 pounds!?!! Not at all!
*At least that drives us to look better, doesn't it!? Just as long as you don't say out loud that you're better than somebody else!. Now that's the bad thing!.
*Well, you must be health conscious!. That means you're able to live a healthy lifestyle!. You'll live longer!. lol
*Possible reasons for having an irregular period:
-Stress
-New cycle , that is the irregularity experienced by some young girls at the onset of the periods!. Their cycle can be irregular for months or years whilst it is establishing itself!. (Ive had my ongoing period for seven years already and i still get irregular cycles once in a while)
-Dietary problems , eg anorexia, bulimia or simply poor diet (well, far from it!. You seem to be eating well from what you say)
-Too much exercise
-Drugs - prescription and recreational
-Break in routine
-Thoughts and emotions
-Sexual activity - especially when it is a new occurrence
-Anxiety about pregnancy
-Illness or physiological imbalance eg thyroid conditions

Anorexia is the control of body weight through the means of voluntary starvation (extreme cases, i mean), purging, or vomiting!. You throw up just at the thought of food!. You don't, do you!? So you're not anorexic!. You're just health-conscious, which is a good thing!. :) Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
