What do you do to keep exercising?!


Question: What do you do to keep exercising!?
I always try a exercise routine, but I can't ever seem stay with it!. I always get lazy and blow it off!. I want to lose weight!. How do you stay with it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Been there!.
Don't try to do too much too fast!. If you start off trying to exercise two hours every day!.!.!.you probably won't stick to that routine for more than a few days at most!. The trick is to start of slow and work your way up!.
For example, I really wanted to lose weight and I wasn't active at all!.!.!.no sports or anything!. So I started off by doing some cardio exercises on a machine for 10/15 mins!. Once I fit that into my schedule I went to 20/25 mins, then 40 mins and now I do an hour!. And after cardio, I do some other exercises!.
That's really worked for me!.!.!.I used to start by trying to do an hour every day and after two days my legs would hurt and I'd just quit!.
Start slow!.!.!.see what works with your schedule and then go from there!. There is no one schedule that works for everyone!.

Find a park spot as soon as you enter a shopping center, next to the street so you have a long walk to the store from your car, it can be as far away or close as you like, take walks after meals around the block or two, take occasional bike rides, gas is currently very expensive, leave the car and walk for short store Erron's or ride the bike!. Clean the house, that puts in alot of excerise, just do it all yourself without complaining to anyone about their not helping you!. clean the yard or mow the lawn!. Alot of very cold delicious glasses of lemonade have been highly appreciated mowing the lawn!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My friend has pictures of hot models in bathing suits all over her exercising room!. She says seeing those pictures help motivate her =/

Go to a gym! You'll meet other people, make friends and you'll go there again, to meet them!.!.!. it won't be just an "exercise routine", but a place to meet friends also!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I do the same thing! The only thing that helped me was having a friend that keeps you accountable or take a really fun class where the instructor will say, "Hey where were you Monday!?"Www@Answer-Health@Com
