Ususual Irregular Periods?!

Question: Ususual Irregular Periods!?
I am 15, and have had my period for over two years!.

Of course at the beginning, it was quite irregular, but after that every month and 5 days (roughly), and this continued for about a year and a half!.

except three weeks ago i got really really sick (i am still getting over it), i had really horrible cough, nausea, temperatures, upset stomach, and i completely lost my appetite, and i am still trying to get into the habbit of eating!.

I have about 9 assignments due in the next 2 weeks, i only got them in the last two weeks aswell, and i was away for an entire week!.

last period i had was on the 27th April (exactly 1 month after the one before, not 1month 5days), and it finished on the 2nd May!. I got another period today, not even 1 week after my last one finished!. I was very upset, dealing with everything i have to deal with!.

I need help understanding why i got these periods so irregular!.
any answers will help!.!.!.
Thank you :)

P!.S!. sorry to tell you my personal life!Www@Answer-Health@Com

When your body is under stress it can affect your hormones and affect your period!. You might have them heavier than normal, not at all, light bleeding, more cramps than normal!. Anything could happen with your period when it comes to stress!. It sounds like you are having a very hard time right now because you just got over being sick and you have tons of work due, it's easy to understand why your system would be a little out of balance!. I wouldn't worry about it for now!. Just try to relax, get some vitamins since you haven't been eating, try to eat a little more!. Get your assignments done and then rest and relax!. When your body is healed your system will get back on track!. If you are still finding your periods to be very irregular after all of the stress is over then you should see a doctor!. They can give you birth control pills to help regulate your cycle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are a number of factors that can cause your period to be screwed up!.!.!.!. some of these are stress (which you seem to be under), sickness, and weight loss or gain!.!.!.!.!. I suspect when the school year is over and things calm down, your periods will return to normal!. The best thing right now is to prioritize your assignments, work on one at a time and try to keep your self healthy with good foods and vitamins, plenty of water!.!.!. There are also some vitamins you can take B6 for stress and other B vitamins that can help you cope with stress!.!.!.!. This is basically how your body is dealing with everything it is going through right now!.!.!.!.!. Take care and try to have a good rest of the school year!.!.!.!. summers like 3 weeks away!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
