hmm maybe, I kind of feel like that sometimes too, I think it's where you focused on the pleasure/fantasy so much everything else kind of disappears!. I disagree with he person above about automatically knowing what you are experiencing is an orgasm!. When I first had an orgasm I didn't realize what it actually was for about a year - it kind of scared me at first! But yeah some signs you are close to or having an orgasm are; "butterflies" in your tummy feeling, sensitive clitoris, feeling hot, breathing heavily, feeling like you are about to burst, feeling a release from all the tension built up, some women feel a kind of pulsating in their vagina!. Women all experience orgasms differently so don't feel this is exactly how every woman's orgasm should be, some orgasms are very strong, others are week!.
