Question: What if!?!?!?!?
I'm going into middle school next year and i am afraid to get my first period at school!. I don't want to talk to the teacher and one of my friends bleed through her white pants!. it's really freakin me out here!. any advice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honestly, your first period rarely catches you by surprise and floods everywhere!. You'll generally have a feeling like you should go to the bathroom and when you wipe yourself you may find some bleeding, or there could be some spotting on your underwear!.
I think we all worry about what you are concerned about so that's completely normal!.

I used to worry about that also! Get a pantyliners from the drug store!. they are basically really thin pads that u put in your underwear and can wear all day long and no one will notice! It protects your underwear and if u were to get your period, then it will help it from leaking through!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
