The best pad I found for me when I was a teenager (and still use now) is a pad called Always!. They have several product lines to choose from to fit with the kind of period the teenager and woman has!.

I love 'BODYFORM' it is the greatest pad ever! It fit perfectly with your body shape!. I suggest you try it!.
Oh!! in my opinion pad with wings are the best because a pad without wings after the pad is full it can leak out of the pad then on ur knicker (sorry it might not make sense) but anyway I suggest you buy a pad with wings!.

Everyone is saying Always, which is odd to me because I've always hates that brand!. I like (Carefree!? Or Stayfree!? I cant remember which) and Kotex!. That's just me though!.

I dont wear pads, but my daughters have a favourite with Libra regular pads with wings, I wish I could buy them in bulk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
moxie pads are sooooooo comfy and come in a cute container they're also quite cheap
