Question: Something is wrong 'down there' !?
I'm having really bad pelvic pains right now!. I think its pelvic pains, it rights below my belly button, like down there!. its killing me!. please help me!. and it goes a little lower than my belly button!. they keep coming and going every 20 seconds!. im 14 and im a virgin, not sexually active, or anything!. i have my period right now, and i used a tampon yesterday, but im wearing pads today!. it was my first time using a tampon, did that have something to do with my pains!. please help me, sometimes the pain is so sharp that i almost start to cry, its unbearable!. i feel like screaming out sometimes, it hurts sooo badly!. whats wrong with me!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey, chill sweetie :-) I'm sure you're fine!. I don't think using tampons for the first time can cause you that kind of pain, as long as you changed it after 8 hours!. I think you just have cramps, try cuddling up to a hot water bottle or taking a bath and some pills!. You probably don't feel like it right now but doing a little excerise can also help!. If it's still really really painful and it's not like your normal cramps then maybe get your mum or dad to take you to the doctors just to check everything is okay!.

Sweetie don't worry Its ur first time having your period so yeah you are going to feel pain, but its okay its cleaning out your body and is washing out all the bad things you have in your body thats why it hruts sooo much, but I reccomand not using tampons, stick with pads, Because if u use a tampon that u can getr an infection for leaving it there too long

when you are a virgin, and you try to use a tampon, this can happen!. your body is not used to it!. you were probably tense and not relaxed!. i would ask a woman in your life (mom, aunt, gma) what they think since they probably have experience and know you well!. if it persists, you should call your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
