I have cramps... hep?!?!
Question: I have cramps!.!.!. hep!?!!?
I am thirteen years old and i have these random cramps!. I have had them for three days!. But the thing is is that i dont have my period!. So i'm pretty sure it is not that!. So please help!. What should i do!?!?

drink lots of water, and exercise!. go for a walk, ride your bike, or something! have you had your period before!? chances are, you are within a day or two (or a few hours) of getting it, so be sure to take some pads to school with you (or wherever your travels take you!)
cramps, my dear, can be treated easily with OTC medicines- think advil, or tylenol or even aleve (which is what doctors give for BAD cramps, in a high dosage)!. take as many as you would for a fall or a sore muscle, and you'll be set!

Your period is most likely coming soon, you can drink lots of water so that the cramps lessen & go away!. Be prepared for your period because cramps indicate a period coming, often!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You could be dehydrated!. Make sure you're getting enough fluids!. Talk to your mother about other causes!. Don't take anything without talking to a parent first!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Exercising, running, playing a sport can help a lot with cramps!. Its true, people who exercise tend to have no cramps at all!. When your cramps get bad, take a warm bath-that'll help ease the pain!. Good luck! : )Www@Answer-Health@Com
One way to help stop period cramps is to have magnesium supplements and magnesium rich foods such as all your green leafy vedgies, whole grains, nuts and seafood!. Magnesium is great for the mucsles that cause the majority of the pain!. A good source of omega 3 (your fish oil capsules), will help with inflamation and also reduce pain!.
Other things you can try is walking at least 30 minutes a day- this releases a chemical that reduces the pain of the cramp!.

yeah well its deffinatly your period the first time you can get killer cramps up to like three months before GET ADVIL!! lmaoWww@Answer-Health@Com
