Nothing happens!.!.!.you might gag though:) There is nothing really wrong with it although I am positive there are women that will argue that point!. I only swallow with the boyfriend I have now (4 1/2 years now)!. The taste varies depending on what kind of foods he eats, certain foods change the pH of the semen, acidic etc!.
