Not sure where you might get statistics, perhaps a sickle support group.
My step daughter has twins, from a man with sickle cell.
I believe the twins were as a result of invitro fertilisation, where they introduce two or three eggs each time, on this occasion two worked! It was nothing to do with the sickle condition, and they are not identical. But lovely!
