Need help with bra band?!

Question: when i am wearing a bra and twist at the wist the band moves. also no matter what i do i can not keep the bra starp on my left shoulder on matter how tight i make it. what do i do ?

get a better bra! maybe a sports bra or one with thicker straps(likes the hanes all over comfort bra!) hope i helped!
