WAY TO FAST!!! I've been baby sitting my nieces 8 & 10 and they are obsessed with the hair, make up, clothes, even wearing bras when there's nothing there.It is absolutly crazy..What happened to playing with dolls at this age?My nieces are so into there images and worried about being fat how does there makeup look.I have to let it go for they are not my children but I am a new mom of twin girls and they will not be doing this stuff at this age.Barbie dolls and which ones they have will be what there worrying about.It really annoys me that these girls are worried about this stuff today.But its not just them unfortunatly its all the girls these days.And the stuff they talk about?? That's a whole other subject.So do I think they grow up to fast? Yes indeeedy.....
awe , yes some girls go grow up to fast , but you can stop it to a certian point , makeup every girl love it even little girls i think your just worry about your little girl everything will be just fine daddy = ]
You are allowing her to grow up too fast. NO 8 year old little girl should be wearing makeup unless it is a plain chapstick. You are a parent...tell her NO and mean it.
yes i think girls do grow up to fast but the world around us is changing quickly as well so .....
yeah that is a little young. i didnt wear make up until grade 8 so i was like 13 and that was just to hide acne. at 8 she can barely know how to properly apply make up let alone have a need for make up. I agree grils definately do "grow up" too fast

YES...! Girls are growing up VERY fast these days.! But as a good parent maybe set some rules. Like not letting her go out with any make-up until she is 15 years old. ... Things like that. I think that what is going on now a days.. Parents arent really taking controll of there children as they should. But I think if she wants to play dress up in the house that is cute...
ugh yes they do! i see girls with purses at like 6 yrs old dressing cuter than me! its crazy.

What the?! She's eight and your letting her wear make up? What kind of Father allows his daughter to wear makeup at the age of eight? She shouldn't be worring about things like that at such a young age, she should be playing with her friends.
I'm surprised she already thinks about wearing makeup out. It seems that she is growing up too fast, and you are letting her. How did she get the make up? You need to teach her that wearing makeup doe snot make you beautiful and shes too young.
Some do grow up too fast, but if she does let us hope that she has positive role models available to direct her energy.
YES!!! it seems like girls come out of the womb already completely developed. I have a cousin who is only in the 4th grade & she already wears a size 7 in juniors where as i am a size 3! I'm just 30! I do believe that as parents we should teach our children the dangers of maturing too fast before it's too late. We should monitor what they watch on tv & what music they listen too. Throw away her makeup & give her a easy bake oven is what i say!
Yes they are but that 's up to the parents,girls seen a lot on tv and they want to be like them.8 is too young to be putting make up s on her face,,she should be having fun with th ekids her age not putting make up.So thats why kids today looks oldfor their real age.
Every little girl puts play makeup on, but I didn't wear mascara till I was 13.. and that's all i really wear now.
I don't think she should be able to wear it out though..
