Question: im 16, 138 pounds and 5'9, i am healthy and i dont really know why they are not growing, all my friends are and i am still waiting, all the women in my family are average size, and my sister told me that she grew at 18, but i started my periods before her? i have irregular periods. do i still have some hope?

Sure. I started my periods at 13, but my breasts didn't stop growing until my early 20's. You still have plenty of time.

Yes, they will grow ......just a little bit free hand exercise while having your bath . Don't make it a public show , I mean never tell anyone at home......just do it . If you can't , take the help of a physio.
This is a good question...however, everyone is different. I hate to say this, but there is a chance you might not develop quite as much as your relatives. I'm not saying you won't, but just keep in the back of your mind that you might not be like the rest of them and that's not a bad thing.
