as far as I know, it's not something you can make happen at will. I know a girl who squirts with a certain guy and didn't before with other guys she'd slept with.
it's not common and there's no real "technique." It's usually caused by g-spot stimulation, which doesn't work for every girl but for many (though if you do have an orgasm from g-spot stimulation there's still no guarantee that you'll express fluid or "squirt"). Tell you're boyfriend to stop nagging and start searching for your g-spot if he wants you to do that.
