funny u asked this this happened 2 me, in March . and i'm 13. k, this is wat my boyfriend's big sis said. u can't get pregnent w/o having sex.so u'r not stop worrying. Because u hav only had u'r period 4 a year, they might be a little irregular 4 a while, until u'r body get's fully into the swing of the whole process. and u'r weight loss has nothing 2 do with it, unless u r anorexic, in which case u hav

same here i missed mine for like 2 months and finally just got it today and i was eating the same and doing everything that same but still havnt figgured it out yet

Lots of excerise and sports and even stress can cause miss periods. And its only been about a week late so i doubt it's anything to worry about.

maybe ur pushing yourself 2 hard at the gym.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. It's common for at least the first two years of your cycle to not be regular and it's easy for your body to skip a month because it's still getting used to growing up. I say if you don't get your period for april then talk to your doctor and don't stress about it, that affects your period.

Stress can cause you to miss it.

When you are going through the teenage years, your body is going through alot of hormonal changes, that may well affect your periods, as long as your a virgin and there is no chance of you being pregnant, just ride it out. they will come back soon enough, with the extra activity and the weight loss, your body could just be taking some time to adjust.

just make sure that you are eating healthy, and your weight is not below what is normal for your age and height. as if you have lost 2 much weight, your periods will cut off.

thats exactly whats happening to me, i havent gotten it yet, i know i should have, and definetly not prgenaeant. But i do, do alot of sports, 4 days a week and i have 2 practices on 2 days. it solves my question.

In general the menstrual cycle is genetically and hormonally determined cycle in women reproductive system.
Menstrual cycle is very specific and individual, and can range 24 days to 37 days. Duration is not so important but the regularity is very important. At the beginning cycles could be not regular
