Are you using a condom? Are you dry down there?
I had this problem and started using lube when needed and I haven't had this problem since.
Try some lube and it see if that helps

Could you have endometriosis or maybe an ovarian cyst?
well maybe you are having a reaction to the condom (if you used one) i had reaction like that at first and was told it was a reaction to the lubercation so i stopped using condoms with lubercation but am now able to use them again so im not quite sure...
You might need some lube and healthy dose of good old fashioned foreplay before insertion! If you aren't turned on, then don't let him come in.
Maybe you are not wet enough when you are having sex if your dry than it will hurt...and will make you sore
It could be vaginal tears. You should use lubrication when having intercourse.
