Question: how do u know if u got ur period

Answers: how do u know if u got ur period

What do you mean, you havent started yet?
well..........you now if you have started because your knickers will be wet from the blood, and you have an idea when your due on your period ( if u have started ) because you get bellly aches, lots of discharge ( smelly discharge ) dont worry hunny if you think your going to start wear a pad for safey ok ... x

your bleeding down there...

UH......it's pretty obvious. There will be blood on your panties. I guess you've never had your period before? Your first period could be really light and just a tiny bit of blood comes out, leaving sort of a brownish, rusty color on your panties. You need to talk to your mom or older sister or school nurse if you're still confused.

you will start getting a little crampy before it starts
you may also feel a bit bloated from water weight
you will have blood coming out and need to wear
a pad of some sort ---pads are safer than tampons
if you are young look around the bathroom or ask mom for pads , she most likely has some
always thin are good and stayfree thin too if you want to buy them yourself

You will be bleeding, or may just have a spot of blood on your underwear. It may even be a brownish color to begin with. If it is a brownish color, that only means it is old blood. Talk to a grown up if possible. You may feel some discomfort in your lo were abdomen or lower back. If you have any sanitary napkins, put one on. Make sure you change it at least every 2-4 hours. (even if it doesn't need to be changed yet) Also, be sure to shower every day and practice good feminine hygiene.
