Question: I have been on SO MANY different kinds.
I'm getting married in October and want to start a birth control pill/ring/patch with the least amount of weight gain.
I can't do IUDs due to my horrible period pains every month. What do you think would be best?

I started using the Nuva Ring after I had my daughter. I lost all my baby weight, plus about 40 more. I try to exercise when possible, but am in no way a health freak. And I like it because I always forgot to take my pills!
i used ortho cyclen and i lost 30 lbs.
the shot makes you gain a lot of weight. i didnt take it, but i have friends who are on it.
but it could depend on the person.
