HOw do we lose weight??!


Question: I dont get much time for exercise.. i need to reduce my food consumption.. i am 16 yrs old.. and i weigh around 52 kg..! plz help me !!!!!!

Just to first tell you. You weigh the right amount. But if you want to lose weight than you should run. Running is how you lose weight. Just a twenty minute run in the morning. Get up a bit earlier, and run. It is so good! And than your energized for the whole day.

But most people don't need to lose weight. They need to tone. There are two parts to your stomach. The bottom part is more fat, the top part is muscle. If you do situps than you should be able to tone as well as lose weight. But if you start weighing more remember this... Muscle weighs twice as much as fat.

Just follow the steps given below:
Step 1:
Set small, realistic goals. If you have a lot of weight to lose, try for 5 pounds, relax a bit and then go for 5 more.

Step 2:
Start a regular exercise program and stick with it. Don't be afraid of those sweat suits and Lycra pants!

Step 3:
Sneak in extra exercise in addition to your regular program. Park at the far end of the parking lot and walk; take the stairs instead of the elevator.

Step 4:
Healthy foods are an important ingredient in losing weight. Eat low-fat, high-fiber foods such as salads and vegetable pastas.

Step 5:
Choose foods that you like. Learn to prepare healthful, low-calorie foods that taste good by checking healthy cook books for new recipes. Eating well doesn't have to mean eating dull.

Step 6:
Eat smaller, more frequent meals. This way, your body starts to increase its metabolism so that calories are burned faster. Also, mini-meals can prevent overeating.

Step 7:
Plan ahead. Keep the fridge stocked with healthful food and you'll be less likely to run out for high-calorie, high-fat junk food.

Step 8:
Keep a food diary. This will help you pinpoint where you can improve your diet.

Step 9:
Once you discover your favorite snack time, be sure to have plenty of healthful options available.

in morning dring warm water with 2 spoon of honey and lemon and go for a walk,avoid oily food,
in morning u have to take this water at 5am and almost plz go for a walk, and at 7am take break fast, no oily food, only milk or juice u can take,in lunch take 2 or3 chapati with vegetable, and at4 take ta or somefruits and in nite take dinner at 8.30,avoid oily food as much as possible.in morning drink more and more water

you can try some ayurvedic tablets ....they are healthy and you get to loose 2-3 kgs within a week ........anyway I think you are of the right wieght for your age dear .....

my friend lost weight by everytime she wanted something like chocolate or crisps she had a piece of fruit instead. and when she got fed up with that she would have a glass or coca cola zerp and all the gas in it would fill her up until her next meal time

If you don't have much time or patience for diets, try to limit your food intake, eat what you normally would but just in moderation. Stop drinking soda completely, not even diet soda, and increase your water intake daily... you will see the results. You will not believe how much soda impacts your weight. It's amazing. I stopped drinking soda and dropped 20 pounds over 6 months, you will feel better too, there are other drinks out there to take the place of soda. Good luck.

we're near the same height so i think your weight is fine.

work out what your daily calorie intake is and eat maybe 300 less calories to it.
