Heart in Cart - cellulite is basically loose fat cells under the skin. Cellulite is basically a waste product that your body was not able to get rid of.

One thing that will help: OXYCISE by Jill Johnson. Oxycise is an exercise program where you stretch and use deep breathing. One session takes about 15 minutes. When done correctly Oxycise literally melts off cellulite. When doing Oxycise also drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

One other thing that will help. Before your daily bath or shower DRY BRUSH your skin from head to toe. This will stimulate your lymphatic system and help flush the cellulite from your system. Just use a regular natural bristle back brush and start at the extremities and stroke toward your heart.

I never had a lot of cellulite but I did have some on the back of my thighs. Since I started using Oxycise it has melted away.

um, exercising n running n eating right( no soda, fast foods, greasy foods) , if u search online some sites give out exercises that help the cellulite, but iv heard u cant get rid of it totally.

I haven't totally rid myself of it, but mine has gotten a LOT better. I started running/exercising more, drinking around 8-10 glasses of water a day, and using that Nivea "Goodbye Cellulite" gel stuff (the patches always fell off). I can tell a difference, and so can my husband, but it's still there. I've heard that the only way to really rid yourself of it is liposuction =(

I wish!

Well unfortunately cellulite is hereditary. But there is something from AVON that helps reduce the look of the cellulite and stretch marks. Exercising may help but very doubtful, because as I said it is hereditary
