Wow, I don't know what to tell you, but I wouldn't have it up there very long, if you can't get it out soon, I would definitely go to the doctor! You could get an infection from it or something.

honestly, if its in your va-j-j just contract your muscles to push it out, it might take a little while but youll be able to force it out... push your fingers into yourself and sort of seperate the walls, to help it out.

That was kinda stupid if you ask me but...you must get it out sooner than later...you can cause an infection...how far up did you jab it?? You might just have to go to the E.R. for a foreign object stuck in there...if you use something else to grab it out, you may damage your wall...good luck...
Try grabbing it with a washcloth so you can get a grip on it if that doesn't work have your bf try to pull it out. If you absolutely can't get it out go to the gyno or doctor to get it removed even if you have no insurance-they can't deny you and you can always make payments on the bill
