It comes out when it is ready. I lost half of it and happened to notice it when I was wiping myself after I finished peeing. The rest came out the following day. It is just a wad of snot so, you just may notice it during the time you pee since it kind of clings to you. Nasty I know but I hope my info helps you a bit.
