If I went home sick every time my cramps were horrible, I wouldn't have any time left. Unfortunately, I grin and bare it. I take the max amount of Advil that I can (I believe it's 4 pills). Once the advil kicks in I'm usually ok for the rest of the day. Sometimes going to the bathroom helps!
If you have super bad cramps and otc meds aren't working for you then I recommend telling your ob/gyn and getting prescription meds.
I take a panadol.
take paracetamol if it gets unbearable i would go home
I take something and just deal with it.
You can take up to 4 advil,at one time it's the same amount of ib. that is given to you in an RX.If you can go home a heating pad will sometimes work.
