Going to spain what should I use if I'm on my period.?!

im pretty sure foregn countries have tampons,
its not like africa where they use leaves.
usually my period stops for the time im in water, pretty much everyones does, if i were you id either bring tampons with me to spain, or try to find a store that sells them,
or just dont use anything while you are in the water, but BE SURE to put somethnig on like a pad once you get out!!

I was in line to get my period on my honeymoon and my dr had me skip some of my bc pills and start some others sooner and I just skipped my period that month. Much better option then wearing tampons in Spain.
well tampons are always really good when going swimming.. especially the tampax sport.. there small and very comfortable. If youve never used tampons before its really easy, but alittle scary at first.. Ya just gotta get used to it.. :) But ya cant feel them at all once you get it in.. you'll forget its there!
tampons - periods dont stop due to water they jsut seem like it sometimes cuz the blood disperses but make sure you take it out and put a clean and dry one in after water sport - they might take a few days to get used to but it will be fine and you can take them with you or buy them there - spain has tampax too!

Tampons. I'm sure you can buy them in Spain, or bring along your own supply.
You can use tampons while swimming. Also, you can use something like the diva cup (a reusable feminine product kind of like a tampon).
