As important as exercise is for overall health, when it comes to weight loss your DIET is of utmost importance. I know people who have lost weight who are wheelchair-bound and are unable to exercise. On the other hand, I know plenty of people - including myself - who exercise but can stay at the same weight forever! It takes micromanaging your diet. It doesn't really matter what particular diet you follow, but you do need to be aware of what you are eating and know exactly how it fits into your eating plan for the day.

I recommend a low GI diet because 5-6 small meals per day keep you energized all day without getting hungry, but again - the diet that will be most successful is the one that works for you!

Drink lots of water. It curves the appetite and is also in general really good for you, plus it is free.

Take care of your diet...and start doing Kapalbhati Pranayam...Its excelent for loosing weight....and there are lot many other advantages of this pranayam

After every meal pls sit in "Varja Aasan" 4 15-20 min. It will really help u 2 reduce the weight .
