my friend is on it and she said it increased her sex drive. I also heard you gain weight on it so be careful. I had the mirena inserted so I am good for 5 years =)
My girlfriend was on it for 11 years and hers didn't decrease until about the 8th year, so it should be okay for you.
It didn't start till after the second year, but as soon as I switched It was back. Please be careful its a steroid so it will increase your appetite like crazy, I gained almost 20 pounds. I had to literally work out 7 days a week and adjust back to my regular eating habits.
