Other then having your tubes tied, you cannot do that. If you are under the age of 25 most doctors won't even do that. If you want something relatively inexpensive, talk to a doctor about a copper IUD also known as the ParaGard. It works for up to 10 years and has no maintenance. It is non hormonal and not like most birth control. It is also more effective. I LOVE LOVE LOVE mine and would never not have one! You can research it more on this page.

abstinence is the only way for you unless you want to pay to get your tubes tied.

You could try something like implanon or an IUD, but it's not a way to become completely infertile.
