Period issue??!
Question: i havent had my period since last summer. no im not pregnant. thhis started when i was like in tenth grade. and now i have no health insurance to get birht control. what can i do at home to see if i can get it back.

well i dont kno what u can do but just try harder on getting health insurance to get that checked.

There are many places for public health that charge you about as much as if you were on insurance. Check into it. The one in my area is just "my county" health center. A pap generally costs $30 and you can get a cheap perscription for birth control through a center like this. There is also Planned Parenting. You may be able to get free b/c thru them. Good luck. (P.S. there's no way to make your period come if that is what you were asking)
Well, I take OrtoTrycyclen-Lo , and it keeps my periods on track.
I never miss a period.
I would suggest that one.
There is no way to get your period back on your own!!!! You need to see a doctor, what have you changed in the way of diet and exercise both of these things can effect your period. There should be a Health Department in your county that offers Planned Parenthood which will give you a check up according to your income and give free birth control.
