Well every person is different. Just eat a lot of McDonald's and DO NOT exercise if you really want to put on weight. Now, when you reach your goal weight, you need to eat a healthy regular diet and engage in normal exercise.

why dont u try mcd's. their food is fattylicious. go to the grocery store and look at the labels on the junk food and see which ones have transfats and the most calories. =]

Eating a lot of fast food to gain weight isn't the way to go. You want to do it in a healthy manner. I would say go to a doctor and ask for his opinion. She'll need to eat healthy foods so while she is gaining weight, she'll be healthy also. As opposed to eating a bunch of junk food and having bad cholestoral and clogged arteries and things like that. :) Hope that helps!

Fast food and chocolate is not the key to gaining weight. If she eats those items she will do more damage to her body then good. drink egg nogs, eat alot of eggs, meats, and sweet stuff.

I'm assuming that you are male and tall and that's why you fell like you need to gain weight.
first ... dint go to fast food for weight gain. the fat in that kind of meals, when in excess, can really hurt your liver. (as bad as binge drinking alcohol)
second ... you need to try to gain weight slowly to be healthy just like if some one was trying to lose it.

so with that said a good way to gin weight is by using dietary supplements with out skipping meals. for example drink a Slim- fast with your normal meals. or you can try drinking ensures. both of these meal supplements can help boost your bulk safely.

Food that are rich in calories would add weight to her especially those rice, pasta, meat and desserts. She is still lucky because a lot of people wants to eat but are too fat to eat more. I am always on diet so there are food that i avoid eating.

Plenty of Pasta, potato, pumkins, corn, rice ect. You still need a balanced diet, but pack it full of carbs!
