- Advil/Midol/Ibuprofen (avoid Tylenol, it sucks)
- hot water bottle/heating pad/magic bag (maybe a hot shower, aim the spray at your abdomen....be careful though, excessive heat makes me nauseous on my period)
- excersize (as much as you probably don't want to move right now, endorphins are your friends!)
- chocolate (again, endorphins)
- if you're using a tampon, take it out and switch to a pad (sometimes the tampon seems to increase internal pressure for me or something which makes the cramps worse)
- orgasm (seriously...it releases endorphins which reduce the pain)

gatorade..... it hydrates you and the electrolytes help to!

ok a home remedy i've heard is to drink pickle juice! ha ha! its worked for me but a sure fire cure would be a few ibuprophen and a hot water bottle or heating pad placed on yuor tummy.

Pamprin or Midol and a heating pad. IF they get so bad where you cannot stand it though, go see your gynecologist.

advil and heat pad or soak in a warm bath

Buy some ginger root and make some ginger root tea. Ginger helps to relax the uterus. Also black cohosh helps cramps too. There are some natural teas that are for cramps. There is another herb called cramp bark, also made into a tea. My daughter swears by ginger root. If you want the recipe you can e-mail me and I'll give it to you. If you have no way to get to a store, a heating pad helps as does Therma Patch. Also you might want to try aspirin (an anti-inflammatory...reduces swelling) might give you some relief. Also laying on your back with your feet on the back of the couch (for example) relieves cramps somewhat. A soak in the bathtub in warm water.
Hope this helps because I know what you're going through.

Bananas and gatorade.Keep hydrated during a workout and eat a little before you workout.

excercise will help take a hot bath, or put a heating pad on your abdominal region that helps me a lot or take some midol or pamprin
