Have you had a + preg test already, if so then you need to call your Dr. if you are bleeding to be sure that you aren't having a miscarriage. Otherwise, most women don't know that they are pregnant yet.

It is possible and rare. My roommate, last year told me that she had a friend who got pregnant and had her period every month. she didnt even know that she was pregnant until she went to the bathroom to take a poop and out came a healthy baby girl.
