Should I take magnesium with Calcium?!

Yes hun it is true?If you don't then you are more than likely to become constipated?

Calcium and magnesium work together for cardiovascular health?Also, calcium needs vitamin D3 (or just plain old sunshine) to be effectively absorbed?

Half as much magnesium as calcium is the preferred strength?

Eat more foods rich in magnesium and calcium?Magnesium is known as the antistress mineral and will also help resolve any constipation issues you may have and resolve an upset tummy also?

Food rich in magnesium are ~ leafy and green vegies, ground up nuts and seeds, cold water fishes such as tuna, sardine, whiting and salmon and wholegrain cereals and breads?

You should definitely try to take a multivitamin. The way food is these days, you cannot get everything from your fruits and vegetables like they say.

Magnesium and Vitamin D increase absorbtion. Also, citri-cal is more absorbable than something like calcium carbonate.

Yes it is true the magnesium helps the body absorb the calcium more effectively.
