Do you mean at the gynocologists (vagina doctors)? Well first you go in a room and undress and get in a hospital gown, then they sit and have a nice chat with you about your sex life you get a chance to ask questions about everything you feel stupid asking your friends or parents. Then they have a short breast exam where they check your breasts for lumps or anything wrong with them. (Again you get to ask questions if you have any.)
Then comes the part most women dread. You sit in a chair and you put your feet up in two stirrups so your legs are slightly spread apart. The gynocologist has a rubber glove on and sticks a finger up your vagina and feels around, making sure nothing is wrong. Then she does the same with a metal clamp or something (I didn't really look) Then they do a pap smear with a long q-tip on the inside of your vagina. This is all standard procedure so don't worry. It's akward, obviously, but you gotta make sure your vagina is healthy and a gynocologist sees about 20 vaginas a day, so they don't think anything of yours (whether male or female)
One thing to make sure though is that you get a chance to ask questions, because they know best. Hope I helped!
they check for diseases, cancer, cysts, do a pap smear to check to see if your health, they do a brest examine to make sure you have no lumps. and thats it, scary the first time, but after that no biggie. nothing to be scared of

No for real you have to get undressed from the waist down and lay back, they check you out! Cant really prep someone for it they just have to go thru it to understand.
Always pee before you go into the office, sometimes they have cold hands!
At my doctor they first take some blood an a urine sample. Then you go in a room where you totally undress and put on a gown. The docotr comes in, does a breast exam and then does the internal exam. He will use a speculum to keep your vagina open. To do a pap smear he will take a long q-tip thing and swab on the inside. Sometimes this is uncomfortable. They will also press on the inside and outside of your lower abdomen to check for tenderness or lumps. Then you are done! It is very quick and only takes a couple of minutes. Before your exam be sure and tell your doctor if anything odd is going on or if you have any concerns because they might need to do additional tests.
